"These stores keep the thermostats way to high/hot. I had perspiration dripping from my forehead before I left through the front door. I went in to pick up an online order. Kohl's needs to accommodate disabled persons by allowing the associates to bring packages to them at the designated package pickup that is now covered up with bags. Their associates need a training in Phone Etiquette~!"

"The worst experience!!! This store is rude as hell. Very disrespectful works and managers!!! But of course you follow the managers lead. Went in tonight and no one greeted customers asked if people needed help nothing just stood around playing on the phone, laughing, talking about customers in their headsets while other employees laughed… just beyond disrespectful!!!!! Definitely will be my last trip to this dump! Store Manager talking about his interviews with employees and laughing about the candidates that he was interviewing like really unprofessional!!!!!!! Kohls yall seriously need to clean house in Lafayette Store 1037 or at least teach them about customer service!"
