"Very disappointed with Home Depot I recently bought a refrigerator and stove from this people the delivery was on 08/22/23 and as a right now still waiting, the funny thing is that the driver call me on the 23th at 9:00am and say I’ll be there in 40 min. So after 2 hours I attempt to check on the status of the delivery and not answer till now. Look man I have a baby daughter, a kid and a wife, we just move to our new house HOPING you delivery on the 23th and you just DON’T CARE about my situation and that and is fine because you’re a big company but honestly I DO CARE ABOUT MY FAMILY so I went to the store hoping to solve the issue and the treat me as a stupid, so IF YOU ARE READING THIS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU “DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT” is not worth"

"This specific location of Home Depot is poor service. Clearly has a promotion that says “while supplies last” got my items at the counter after an hour long charade, and they tell me that the promotion is no longer valid even after they look at the sign and see it clearly states “while supplies last”. In the end had to take the loss to get back to work. Very sad. Other Home Depot’s I’ve been too don’t blink an eye to honor their promotions. Management is very very sad."
