"I was staying in room 216. I went to front desk to pay for another night. So the room service ppl were told not to bother with the room. Well I leave for about 30min and to come back with room door open and room ransacked and about 300$ worth of belongings gone. But no one seemed to give me a straight answer. Don't recommend this place to anyone or if you do make sure nothing is left behind."

"Let me start by saying this is a NO FRILLS place to stay. It is older, the doors face out, and the rooms are just very average. They are clean though. They were changing my shower curtain when I walked into my room. A big group of us go to Houma for Mardi Gras and this is an inexpensive place to stay that has a large courtyard with picnic tables that we all hang out at. Each room has a fridge and a microwave. They have a coffee pod so you can make coffee and they have chairs and a table. There are nicer places to stay in Houma but if you go in with the expectation that this isn't a Hyatt, it is a good place to lay your head and have fun with a group. Ask for a courtyard facing room when checking in."

"Nice relaxed place for working people traveling through Houma or working here. Next to a great restaurant as well as the hotel has a nice restaurant inside."

"The only thing that I have an issue with would be the housekeeping staff, I thought checkout was at 12 o’clock. However the housekeepers were banging on my door at approximately 1115. The woman asked me if I was gonna be checking out. I told her yes she said OK can you be out at 11:45? 10 minutes later, she’s banging on the door again and five minutes after that front desk she let them know not to rush out the guests"

"For short stay is perfect. The place got a lot better in the last year. The restaurant has very good food. The staff is friendly and helpful."
