"Rooms were clean, bed comfy, but this is a loud hotel. The cleaning staff are rude and bang around so much and so loud, it sounds like a bowling alley. So people put their TVs loud to muffle the sound...so my advice is bring ear plugs if you want any sleep."
"Nice place to stay in town. Staff is very helpful and kind. The only thing we didn't like is that they start serving breakfast too late (7am weekdays and 7:30am weekends). So, if you are attending a meeting, convention, etc, and need to leave early like us, you will have to make other arrangements for your breakfast because the kitchen staff cannot help you."
"Nice hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds along with an amazing staff. There are a few downsides though. The restaurant does not have room service until 5pm. Even though there is a lot of shopping around, you can't walk there (no fault of the Hotel). When I need to stay in Houma, I will use them again."
"The night check in guy was great real friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. The only issue is the curtains let in way to much light. Staff in the kitchen were very helpful in the morning also."
"Good stay at this hotel. Lots of parking, always greeted with a smile very friendly at the front desk. Not much to choose from on the restaurant menu though. Lobby is always clean, the cleaning crew does a great job cleaning up the rooms. All in all this was a good idea to stay here. There's information about the good restaurants in the area if you choose to eat outside the hotel as well. The price is right also."
