"I don't know how they operate but my uncle booked our rooms along with other family members so he could use his military discount...when we arrived they authorized his card and it paid for all our rooms. They didn't ask I'd we wanted to use the card on file or use our own..I signed a blank computer paper that had make and model for our car a place to sign and if we had any pets...no real documentation.."
"I repeat do not stay at this hotel! Got bitten by bed bugs! Checkout time I asked for the manager she wasn’t in! I called this morning she said she didn’t see any signs of bed bugs she will give me a call when pest control come out! Yeah she would say that to keep a business going! Then had the nerve to ask me did I go to the hospital to clarify the marks! Shame on you lady!"
"I always stay here when I come to Houma, LA. I was a bit disappointed with the room, the door hinges was coming off the security lock was broken. TV you cannot change the channel you can only turn it on and off. However, they made it right and switched me to another room. Fyi, the breakfast they serve is fantastic.. lots to choose from “continental breakfast “.Room price is a value with the breakfast. Very clean lobby. Staffs arw friendly."
"Our first room the shower didn't work so while me and my 4-year-old was taking a bath, my sister and mom went to get a new room in which case the toilet wouldn't flush and instead of sending someone up there to fix said toilet they sent a plunger with my 73-year-old mother. I unclog the toilet, and it worked after that. But the floors or carpet was nasty. The bed was so hard. It was ridiculous. My sister's ear fell asleep. The pillows were soft. I will say that they did have a good breakfast. Decent breakfast I should say. I would not recommend this hotel though. The night staff was very rude as well."
