"The room was nice and clean. It actually smelled clean when I walked in. The front desk service from Carmen was impeccable. She gave me directions to a location I was trying to get to AND even called to make sure I was comfortable in my room. Exceptional service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Houma."
"Walking in, I immediately felt like I was Important!! Ms. Carmen greeted me with that unique but sincere and very professional demeanor. Wow, this was absolutely needed as I drove for business from Tampa with stops in Pensacola and throughout Louisiana. I will make it a point to visit my clients in Louisiana-Houma more often, and stay where I feel like I'm home... Thank you, Carmen!"
"Booked this room being it was newly remodeled and the reviews was good, much to my liking go to take a shower and look back to find the person before us left over USED bar of soap still lifted in the shower! Completely grossed me out and I didn’t want touch another thing, if they missed that what else did they miss. Floor by the door didn’t look to be mopped and the bed frame was duct taped. It wasn’t a horrible experience but wasn’t what I expected for being newly remodeled. Staff was nice."
"This is the nicest comfort inn I have ever stayed at. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and beds are comfy. The staff are really friendly too. The entrance is right next to Rally’s and is not well marked. Only complaints are that housekeeping came into my room on two days despite the do not disturb sign on the door, and the person upstairs was stomping around like an elephant at 3am. I would stay again though."
"Clean and comfortable room, and the person at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We initially missed our turn because the building is located behind a Rally's and the "now open" sign at the road is easy to miss. The photos on Google are just of construction but if you look at their Facebook page you can see the actual rooms and lobby. We came for a festival and prices were still reasonable, not loud either. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area!"
