"I really hate to say I didn’t catch the ladies name that I spoke with, but she was wonderful called at 7 AM in the morning asking if she could get me a itemized receipt for my husband because the receipt he had wasn’t adding up to what he had spent on rooms and room service. She took my name and number to call me back. She called back to let me know she had found it and emailed it to him. She was a very big help!"
"Amazing staff and awesome rooms! They will be my first choice in hotels from now on. Especially since so many things are close by, and they (unlike so many other hotels) were discrete about the room number and personal info needed to check in. As a single woman that travels for work, this is incredibly important and I commend the team for the attention to safety."
"Very nice stay. Clean, quiet, safe. The staff was wonderful. No moldy smells . Kitchenette and supplies were clean and a nice addition. I will stay again."
"This has become my go-to hotel when I'm in town. The price is reasonable when you are traveling with the family. We were able to get 2 rooms and not break the bank. It is also in a really good location. It put us right in the middle of the shopping/events and family. Everything we had planned was less than a 5 minute drive from the hotel."
"Hotel is adequate for the price but overall fit and finish is poor. Room was nice and beds were clean. Shower rod and bathroom was broken. Curtains have been pulled loose from hooks and not reattached. Very shoddy looking cables hanging under the TV. Lamp only has one bulb. Carpets are stained in multiple locations. Shoddy sheetrock repair. Hotel is still fine right now but if it continues down this path it will be in very sad condition within a few years."
