"When I arrived I was greeted by a wonderful lady named , Stephanie. She got me checked in quickly and when I arrived to my room it was very clean. The next morning I had a very good breakfast. It was just an excellent stay. I will be staying here the next time I'm in town."

Spent 4 nights here, 1 of the nights, a bad storm came in and knocked out power to the entire area The hotel cannot control power outages, but can control how they respond to them. Miss Rashawnda, at the front desk was great, very friendly and helpful AND the general manager was absolutely amazing, with the type of old fashioned customer service, that will guarantee I stay here again Beds were comfortable Rooms were clean Breakfast buffet was delicious Highly recommend .!!"

"This is my room after maid service.. this is the second day no clean sheets. Had to ask for trash to be taken out yesterday. Today I left my room so they could clean and told front desk I was doing so and came back to this. The front desk is a new shift and housekeeping is gone. Although the front desk did offer to come clean it is not their job."
