"The Indian fellow who checked me in could have been more friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy, with all the amenities necessary. There is a train track nearby, so get ready for the train horn at random times during the night. But compared to others, this is definitely a great hotel."

"Do not stay if you have a service dog!!! They want your whole health history to why you have a service dog asking questions they are not allowed to ask. Room somewhat clean but the bathroom was disgusting, I would not let my dog in that bath tub. Had huge truck with equipment blocking us in when we tried to leave for our shows in the morning and management excuse was oh well.....staff is rude and very unfriendly."

"I stay there often compared to all other hotels at the same price point, they are definitely the best in Bossier. I felt safe and the rooms are clean. Greatest customer service!"

"We stayed here two nights ago. The staff person over charged us for the pet stay and gave us no receipt. The following morning the employee told us the manager could adjust the price, and she was driving a white car. Ok. The car was a Mazartti. So is that person encouraging the employee to rob from hotel guests so they can have one too? What a way to run a business. The hotel was run down and not clean. No more Super 8 for us"

"My overall stay . The room was filthy . Tables were nasty . Trash behind bed . I could see out my door when it was closed. No weather strippimg. Rachel the housekeeper. Was amazing. Prior housekeeper had came in . And. Didn’t do nothing. My trash was not emptied. Nor did she replace towels .she looked like a crack head . And Tanisha front desk agent. You went way and beyond to get me in a room . So thank u. But over all . I don’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy"
