"This place has Bed Bugs!!! We got to our room and noticed a small bug on the white pillow and it had just been cleaned! Took it down to the front desk and they confirmed it did look like a bed bug. The rooms need updating really bad, the carpets are gross. Immediately cancelled our stay and left."

"What has happened to Hilton service? I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and have never been more disappointed and disgusted at the level of service. Last week I spent 7 days at the Hilton in downtown Shreveport, where my room was only cleaned 2/7 days. Yesterday, moved to this location for 7 days only to find out they only clean the rooms every other day, and Gold members no longer receive a free breakfast. Now the price has increased but service levels decreased. How is that possible? This will be my final use of the Hilton brand in Shreveport/Bossier Louisiana. No cleaning or benefits only high prices. SAD!"

"Enjoyed my overnight stay. Was very happy that dinner was available for order which meant I could stay in and relax. The walk in shower had plenty of clean, hot water; thank you for the little foot shelf making it easier for shaving legs. Only downside was the surrounding road construction, but it was still easy off, easy on I20. The shuttle service was great! Five mile radius, ran till 2am."

"Overall, I would give this hotel a 3.5. Everything was fine. My room was fine. My bathroom was fine. The internet was fine. The people were fine. I slept fine. The coffee in the morning was fine. The best thing about this hotel was the shower (even though I faintly smelled like the pool) and locational to my destination. This is going to be a strange compliment, but I can say it had the least amount of stray hairs in a hotel bathroom that I've seen in awhile, which made me happy. What I didn't like: my walls were dirty and marked, visible, but not commonly touched surfaces were dusty and the hallways needed vacuuming. Again, overall, everything was fine so I would consider staying again. I think I would switch to Homewood though since it's in the same building."

"First time here, and I have to say the front desk worker was extremely nice and made my check-in so easy. The room was really big and spacious even with 2 queen beds. It was really clean and inviting. There was a stain on the cover on one bed. The remote didn't work with the television, so I ended up watching a movie on my phone. I would put it at 1 star, but I am very generous with my rating because it was very clean, and the workers were really nice. The reason for the low rating is that there was absolutely NO hot water to shower. I basically ended up showering in cold water (not even Luke warm), and both sink and tub didn't get even a drop of hot water. I was already running behind and didn't have the time to call the front desk to get someone to come see about it. It's just really upsetting. Other than the water issue, everything else was really good."
