"Nice quiet trailer park to live in.."
"Not exactly sure as I was there very briefly but appears adequate if not better."
"10/10 do NOT recommend living here unless you want somebody watching your every move looking for reasons to give you violations. trailers are just thrown in there and are way to close together i could go on"
"The new owners and management make living here a nightmare. I've lived here for twenty years and I am desperate to leave. There is no screening of potential residents and that coupled with no security lighting make the park dark and dangerous. They control the water rates for the park which makes for a high a utility bill, and they seem to be turning the park into a rent to own community which means a large turnover and strangers roaming the park. The caretakers are not skilled and are not uniformed so you don't know who's in your yard. There are stay pets that frighten guests. In short if you are picky about where you live look elsewhere."
"I've lived here 21 years. The park needs cleaning and the water system is old. I left to go to work in Texas for 3 years. When I returned, my house was broke into, my copper pipes had been stolen, and the water pipe that use to work, no longer works. I've been paying full price and still have no water pipe I can hook up to. And yes, I've been asking since I got back in January of 2017. I have been filling water bottles for water."
