"I always come here to do my shopping because of the convenient location and rewards, but there are many ways in which this store can improve... 1) More times than I can count, I've been ignored for 10+ minutes while standing at the Deli counter, and I usually leave empty-handed. 2) I've been refused service by two younger cashiers at the same time, who did not want to ring up my cart with over $250 worth of groceries, so I have to go to self-checkout and do it myself while they argue amongst each other about who's going to help me. 3) There is an older male employee who's typically on the floor in the produce department or dairy aisle, who never fails to stare, get too close, and mumble things at me under his breath until I get extremely uncomfortable and have to ask him to leave me alone multiple times. Otherwise (ha!), great store."

"I have already called the corporate office to make a complaint, but I am going to leave a review here as well. I had an experience on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at exactly 5:10 PM at the service desk with an employee named JESSICA at this location, I am not going to leave a long drawn out story here with details, but I really encourage management to reach out to me to discuss this. This person literally yelled at me and went crazy and refused to wait on me because I simply responded to her question in a way that she didn't like I was completely calm and respectful the entire time and this crazy woman yelled at me and was so incredibly rude. I am a long time Winn-Dixie customer and I have never ever experienced anything like this it was absolutely and completely out of control bizarre behavior. Attention management PLEASE look at camera footage from that day and time!!! This woman needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY!"

"Well organized and managed grocery store. Ample parking. Handicap parking available. Automatic double doors for people in wheelchairs A lot of the standard sections that you would expect to see including deli, bakery, floral, etc Large selection of alcoholic beverages including very interesting looking microbrew type of beers. The staff is very friendly and helped me sign up for a membership card very quickly and painlessly. They also have an app available"
