"Terrible customer service on a print order. I ordered a poster, got a confirmation that it would be printed that day since it was before 2PM. I never got a confirmation but went to the store to get the print and was told that my order didn’t come in until after 2PM (I ordered at 1:10) so I had to come back the next day. When I came back to pick up the poster the colors were way off from what it needed to be. They even printed a receipt with the proof and could easily tell it was off. The print attendant just offered a refund because their printer was “broken”. She said my refund would be processed that night. Now it’s 5 days later and I haven’t received a refund. I’ve been on the phone on hold for 10 minutes trying to get this sorted out. I’ll never shop at this store again!"

"This is one of the busier Office Depots I've seen around the country, but it had just one cashier. There were always 5-8 people in line the entire time I was in the store. Worse, it looked like they were set up for just one cashier and couldn't add another, unless it was in the copy section. I needed to make copies and all 3 machines were having problems. Took nearly 10 minutes to get help to finally get a machine working. Overall I got what I needed but it took much longer that it should. All resolvable if the store wants to."
