"I called the store a woman named Alicia answered. She was very polite and professional and went above and beyond. I believe when I called inquiring to see if they had a specific item in store. Alicia took the the time to go and ensure they had the item I was inquiring about as well taking the time to go look that the selection of the items and prices. Unlike most stores or another big lots location I called before this one . I’m closer to another big lots but unfortunately they lacked the professionalism and customer care that Alicia had so due to her excellent costumer service and going above and beyond I will be driving the extra distance to give this big lots my business instead"

"Not enough cashiers for this time of year. Didn't even walk past the threshold the line was so long. Otherwise known I our family as the "Good Big Lots", we usually enjoy our experience."

"It's amazing how you find such a big lack of customer service and work ethics at the places you visit. I placed an online order and attempted to do curbside pickup since I was on my lunch break using it to run errands. Tried calling 4 times and no one answered...the phone rang for the longest time. I go inside and see 1 female at the register and told her I have a pickup order and attempted to call but no one is answering. She proceeds to tell me she can't stop doing what she's doing to answer the phone. Hilarious. I have seen people on the phone speaking to customers calling in and talking to customers in person at the same time. It's call Multitasking at your place of work and is not a new invention. She says the manager is on the floor some where. So I go to the back and see 3 employees huddled up talking like there is nothing else around to do especially work. I honestly cannot deal and it's a surprise to me people have jobs these days. Sitting around talking on phones all day while there is one person up front at the register and a full line of customers. I will never place an order here again and will stick to the Big Lots in Harrahan and Power Blvd."
