"i paid my first week for the Samsung speaker, and I contacted my local store, they informed me it was in stock, but said they would call me back, I waited a week and contacted them again, again I was told I was be called back, so I then received a call 3 days later and told them I wanted to cancel the speaker. they haven't taken it off my account and are still trying to charge me for something they never gave me. Now this week they unenrolled me from auto pay without my knowledge and are now trying to charge me a late fee . terrible business practices"
