"Beautiful setting albeit a little dusty. Has a privately owned vibe & suffers from an apparent lack of funding. Restrooms were clean but definitely showing their age. Camp hosts were very friendly & helpful but men’s toilet & shower were both out of order during my stay. Had to use the women’s restroom which unlike the men’s side was heated to the mid 70’s, very nice!.. Summer rush was over so it all worked out. Restroom itself was clean. Definitely had to wear flip flops in the shower but that’s pretty standard for any campground shower as far as I’m concerned. Just passing thru on a solo motorcycle trip so this place was perfect for what I needed."
"Beautiful setting among the trees, flowing creek, deer walking by, great campgrounds, some with hookups, most site do have running water. Very clean restrooms with showers. Easy walk to town."
"First the positive, the little town of Trout Lake is a very cute little town with some nice nearby natural attractions, I would definitely visit here again. The campground however was probably the dustiest campground we've stayed in, and we're on the road the majority of the year so have seen many campgrounds. Most the sites weren't very private and not that nice. Site 24, where we stayed, had the creek right behind it and we felt was the one nice spot in the campground but it didn't have electric if you need that. Besides the dust the was just one trash bin for the campground and it was seriously overflowing when we arrived and wasn't emptied for another two days. If there had been many animals in the area it would have been a true animal magnet. It was definitely a health hazard. There was only one restroom, with one stall in the men's room (2 in the women's). A church group came in for the weekend we were there with about 30-40 people over 3 or 4 sites and once they arrived accessing the bathroom was nearly impossible. If we visit the area again we will definitely find another place to stay."
"Nice little Campground. Has a place for kids to play. There is a creek running through it and the spaces are not too close. The bathrooms and showers are clean. Make sure you have quarters if you want a shower."
"It was nice to see you again camping. Kinda loud at night. But hey it's others campsite too. So just ignore the nosies from others.. otherwise good luck finding another camping spot.. I liked it.."
