"Review for spa only: the grounds were gorgeous, the employees were lovely, but if you’re looking for relaxation, this place is not it. It’s less of a relaxing spa vibe and more of a bar/hot tub party vibe. If I’d been there with a group of friends expecting a party, I would have loved it. But I was there to unwind and the spa area was filled with groups of people shrieking and laughing, TikTok influencers walking around filming un-consenting strangers in their bathing suits, and so many people going in and out of the sauna that it wasn’t even hot. I tried to relax in a chair post sauna/cold dip and the speakers were blasting loud high-energy very-not-spa-like music. I left after 30 minutes. If they set up the schedule to alternate between quiet/silent and party sessions and also staggered the entry time (the changing room is not big enough to handle the hourly influx) this place could accommodate both types of experiences people are looking to have at a spa."
"The facility itself is nice but the spa etiquette was lacking. Lots of people talking all the time, including one lady on her phone and a super annoying couple who were swearing and kissing loudly in the sauna. Kinda not the spa vibe we're usually looking for. After the annoying couple left the sauna, another couple told us they've been there before when there were kids running around, etc. So I don't think this was just a one-off. The locker room was overcrowded at several points, despite the spa being on a reservation system. Also, there are no locks on the lockers, which we haven't seen before. Bring your own lock if you want to secure your belongings! The showers were good and had nice products in them, but they only had a few hooks to hang things on, no bench or anything, and the changing portion of the shower stalls was small and not very dry. Again, we did quite like the actual facility but we probably wouldn't go back unless they fix the overcrowding and put some spa etiquette in place. Thumbs up for the little cafe in the hotel lobby, though! Good service, food, and happy hour."
"It was really nice. Probably the best spa but I've ever been to in my entire life. It wasn't very crowded which I really appreciate. Highly recommend"
"An hour-long relaxing experience. The hot pool was soooooo nice and bubbly and wonderful and it was outside so you have a GREAT view. The warm pool was very pleasant and just felt so good to be in, and then the cold plunge was freakin fabulous. I didn’t use the sauna but I saw many others enjoying it, not really my thing. I will try next time though! I can’t wait to go again. They provide free infused ice water and free towels for use, & kombucha was on tap for sale. The people who checked me in at both desks were also really nice which made the whole experience pleasant all around. I think the hour time slot was actually just the right amount : )"
