"Ken made my children, my cats and I feel very welcomed and like we were at home when we lost our actual home due to flooding. The rooms and service was superb! The staff was so kind and thoughtful and it really just helped ease the stress of the loss and transition we were going through. I would definitely consider staying here for a peaceful evening out or recommend it if any of my out of state family or friends came to visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, fully stocked and we just cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you Ken for all your thoughtful kindness!"

"The hotel itself is a very comfortable room, with easy access to the base and Starbucks, and a good breakfast. The REAL strength of this hotel is it's employees. From the warm smile of Mary at breakfast, the extra mile of the front desk transcribing a handwritten note from my wife, to the kindness of Ken greeting us when we returned every day from work. I specifically have to give kudos to Ken, this hotel has a different feel from a normal business traveller hotel because of him. Ken would greet us upon returning from a 12 hour day at work, by name, and always had something positive to say. He had this way with every person who walked through the door, and I can tell you, he made a difference with every one of them. This hotel, and the ENTIRE Hilton brand, is better because of the service that he, and the other employees, provide to the guests. They made a difference with us, and I'm sure every guest that stays here. Thank you to them."

"Had a very pleasant stay at this location. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The amenities in the room were great. The gym was well kept and had many options, from cardio to strength building. The breakfast was great as well."

"Great experience. Ken was amazingly welcoming and helpful. It is very rare nowadays to get that level of customer service, and Ken delivered. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Gym was good and the pool area was nice. Chlorine in the hot tub was at warcrime levels, but understandable. Great job overall Hilton."

"I have never stayed in a Home2 Suites or a Hilton brand hotel. The minute my family walked through the door we were happily greeted and were treated very well during our entire stay. The only thing I didn't like was that the mirror in the bathroom says your room will be cleaned every other day, but after day 3 of 6 I asked the front desk about housekeeping and they told me you have to specifically request it. I feel like they need to either change the stickers or remove them. The dryers didn't work very well in the laundry area. Breakfast was pretty good and we had a pretty nice option to pick from each day. I will be staying at more Home2 Suites after this experience, they are AMAZING!"
