"The team at Lake Quinault Lodge is incredible! After getting my car stuck in a ditch on the side of 101, Alexis, Jeff, and Jim were so kind, helpful and welcoming and even though I wasn't a guest at the Lodge they did everything they could to help me out and make sure that I was safe, comfortable and had a warm place to wait until a towing company was able to pull out my car. After this experience I can not wait to come back as a true guest (especially with the 100 year celebration happening in 20206)!"

"The service from night shift Samantha was terrible. She slammed things (doors/wood), had an elevated volume when "talking", interrupted, condescending, overall a terrible person to be engaging with other people. I walked from an outside room to the main building where she was "helping" with my key card which was not working. It took her 3 trips back and forth (while snowy and dark) to suggest to join and override if the lock was jammed. The room was jammed. The food is expensive and limited selection. For a 2 night stay with multiple rooms, they were not able to provide an extra blanket and provided 2 K-cups total. There was no cleaning service after the first night and they also said no to extra towels, even though I explained our kids used them for the pool by mistake. The location is beautiful, but there are other places to stay near. We plan that in the future."

"A wonderful location and beautiful old hotel with a great room stocked with plenty of games, puzzles and tables to play them at, and lots of comfortable seating where you can read or chat. In winter there is a massive gas fireplace running all day. The restaurant has passable but very overpriced food with average service. Internet is spotty and costs extra."

"As many have said, this is a beautiful location. I really enjoyed the serene and remote environment, however, with that said, there are several things I wish I'd known in advance. First, there is almost no cell service and you are only given 30 minutes of free wifi per day. Make sure you download any books or movies beforehand. Additionally the in-lodge restaurant was very overpriced for mediocre food in our opinion. We ended up enjoying pizza down the street at Dino's as well as a nicer dinner just a mile or so north of the lodge. They are not currently serving lunch on weekdays so make sure you pack some food and snacks or plan to travel further back towards town. Our family loved playing games in the lobby in the evening but the bartender was gone so I'd recommend bringing your own bottle of wine or beer in addition to some games to play. We will likely return in the future but better prepared!"

"Lodge was very pretty. Rooms were small but a decent size. They have a nice gift shop with a variety of souvenirs. Dinner was reservation reccomended and a bit pricy. They have an indoor pool, sauna, and game room. Lobby had a nice fireplace and seating."
