"Office staff makes fun of missing children. I am not a resident and I sadly came to the office trying to find my daughter who has been missing. I asked the office staff if they can confirm what unit the person who was last seen with my daughter lives. They said they can't but can for the police. I called the police in front of them and let them know an office should be dispatched. I walked down the stairs and they thought outside as they started making fun of the situation and someone stating "I love when the police come" while they all laughed. If you want to live where the staff will literally make fun of a missing child and her mother move here. You'd fit in. Not one office member even asked to see a picture of my daughter."

"Went to look at a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit and I was pleasantly surprised, Casino Road has a bad reputation. The unit was renovated and actually quite nice inside but on the small side compared to other places I have rented in the past. Emoni was professional and pleasant and very knowledgeable about the property and units. Shopping is close and there is a Fred Meyer just around the corner. This place is on the more affordable side considering some of the places I have looked at recently. Not sure if this is what I want right now, but they're okay."

"I have lived here at Park120 since Jan of 2019 and I want to give a shout out and 5 stars to our interim community manager, Madeline, who joined us in late 2023. I recently had some major issues with my apartment that needed urgent repairs last month. She had been amazing throughout that whole process! This has not been the case in the past, for many years, particularly with the previous community manager as you were not treated with kindness or compassion when you had any concerns that needed to be addressed. That was not an issue in this case, and I am beyond grateful for Madeline’s presence here at Park120 and hope she stays as I believe she is going to have a great impact on this apartment community and getting things done for the residents. Down to the quickness of getting multiple vendors scheduled (even on the weekend) and constant communication was top tier. She also provided some accommodation for things that were out of order at the time when it was not required of her and made sure everything was going well with my repair process. Thank you so much Madeline and I believe you will be an absolute asset to the Park120 community. While this review does not reflect the apartments as a whole or this area on Casino road, I wanted to make sure Madeline received recognition for the amazing assistance I received as a resident of over 5 years. Thanks again!"

"During my time here from 2019 to 2024 it has been nothing but horrible, but it's starting to change for the better. From management(michelle) deleting service request to long periods without getting anything serviced. Since November 2023 we had a manager by the name of Madeline here and she has been awesome. She jumped on the needs of myself as well as others in the complex to solve all our issues. I had a flooding in my apartment she was right on it to get it fixed. Give the amount of issues she has to deal with she has really started to turn things around for this apartment complex. Thank you Madeline!!!"

"This is a scam apartment, if you don’t want to get scam and force to live In unsafe health condition, you should stay away from this apartment. I just got scammed by paid to them fees and first month paid with the apartment that I can’t be living in due to mold,dirty place, Broken edges everywhere not as described from website and there employee. Don’t trust the picture on website or who ever work there. They going to lie just to make you sign paper first before you can see your apartment that you chose to live in but only show you the show room that look very nice as said it will look just like that show room and not let you see your apartment until you paid them all in full. After I paid them and take a look at my apartment it turn out that I can’t be live in there. I asking my first month back and give them back the key chose not to move in but employee and manager never respond to me or solve any solution. I will report a clam back my if I don’t here anything from manager."
