"This is a beautiful place to live but recently HOA has changed companies for paying your mortgage and HOA fees and I paid right be before they switched to Condo Shield now they are saying I owe 578.73 which they applied to someone else’s HOA fee who shares the same last name as me and lives in a totally different condo then I do. He’s not even in the same building as me. Then they answered my request I made through Condo Shields portal and sent me the other guys statement and his information. Breach of privacy and very unprofessional. Like I said it is a beautiful place to live and the people are wonderful and friendly but we can do without the HOA and it’s unprofessional and nonprivacy antics. Are they giving out my in formation to other tenants. I pay for privacy and I feel bad for the other guy who doesn’t know I have all of his payment information and where he lives and how much he owes to Village by the Lake. Unacceptable."

"I’ve lived in J building 13 years. I recommend it for bird watching, a park like setting, and neighborliness. The new management and board have improved safety, communications, and quality of rental tenants. Everything you need is within a few minutes of here. Schools, shopping, bus, medical businesses, I-5 access, etc.. if I could change something it would be the loud cars on Evergreen Way. I can’t wait for more electric cars to hit the road!"

"I've owned in this complex since 2014. It is a community that has a population of workers and retired. The units themselves are individually owned and some are rentals by private landlords. The property management company has worked hard to update the exterior of the buildings and it looks wonderful. The property has a pool, and sport court."

"This a quiet area right off of Evergreen and Madison in Everett. The Condos are very well maintained,the property is clean, and the staff is helpful. There is a small lake on the property where there are ducks and an occasional goose! We have a pool, hot tub, and a basketball/tennis court as well. I highly recommend the area and the condos!"
