"DO NOT LIVE HERE. Please learn from my mistakes. You will constantly feel threatened, hear things at all hours of the night, have to call the police often for safety checks due to domestic issues/illegal parking/criminal activity. Cars got broken into multiple times. Not a single safety measure, cameras/security patrolling/safety hotline/etc, in place for residents. A man came up to my window multiple times and meowed in my window, showing up and scaring me at different occurences. Old residents of my specific apartment showed up, their customers showed up to my door. I was promised multiple amenities upon moving in only to be lied to. Apartment was filthy upon move in with broken heating in january, to which i was told to “wait it out” til the following business day. My maitenance requests eventually got taken care of, but that is the bare minimum that should be taken care of so I won’t be praising that. This is not a safe environment for women, or any one living alone. You will be watched, followed, stared at, and tracked down. I woke up to an unhoused individual asleep in my stairwell. No disrespect, but take precautions for your safety with this information. I did my research but not enough. Do with it what you will, but stay safe among all else & know this is not a safe environment."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is by far the worst and rudest place I have ever dealt with. TWICE they have lost records of our deposits made, not that it matters since they have made all of the deposits non refundable (except for the security deposit that is written as a slightly different amount on each form and we paid DOUBLE of, but there’s no record of that or my $500 per deposit either apparently). We also moved out over a month before our lease was up. I had sent five emails, left voicemails and went in person to let them know and I still got harassed with phone calls (calling three times in a row until I picked up instead of leaving a message and calling my cosigner to ask if we were still gonna live there) asking if we were renewing our lease. The day before our lease was up I went in person to ask if there was anything we needed to sign etc. and they said “oh, you’re moving out?”. I also physically wrote down our forwarding address for them and they said they never got it. I wrote it down right infront of them. Took them three months to “fix” my heater that was coming out of the wall, smelled like smoke when turned on and had black marks on the wall around it during the COLDEST months of the year. Still was never fixed. When I called after waiting two weeks without a heater (I had submitted two maintenance requests and emailed with no response) to simply ask when maintenance would be coming, I was met with a sigh and “I don’t know” and got hung up on. I don’t believe that lady works there anymore but pretty much each person i’ve spoken to there has been just as rude. They say you can call and email them but they never respond. Lease says they have the carpets cleaned but after we moved in I used a carpet shampooer and the carpets were a completely different color they were THAT dirty. They also have one smoke detector in each apartment (there is supposed to be one in each bedroom and a carbon monoxide detector). They only allow one parking spot per unit now, when we lived there there was plenty of empty reserved spots but people were made to still park in the fire lanes or on the street. Why have 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and only allow one parking space per apartment? I would understand this rule if there were very limited spots available but there were plenty of empty ones. We were also told we needed to keep the noise down and be respectful of our neighbors since we apparently got a complaint AFTER we moved out. We didn’t even live there. But of course got no response to us questioning that email as well. Never got a response to emails sent about residents letting their dogs out off leash and running up to our dog. I wouldn’t have minded these issues as much had they been resolved or had I been treated with respect. There are million things I could say about this apartment complex but i’ll leave it at NEVER EVER MOVE HERE."
"Lease rules around things like parking are completely un-enforced, trash piles up around garbage bins, office is always closed inexplicably, repair and maintenance work is ignored and forgotten Edit: I've called and left messages numerous times, they never reply!"
"Things have really improved; the staff are caring, work orders are taken care of in a reasonable timeframe, and the overall cleanliness of the property has gotten a lot better. They also keep the summertime pool regularly cleaned. I'm pretty satisfied living here."
"Update: emailed who they told me to in the reply on the review no answer. When we moved in it was like Kitchen Nightmares, the unit was beat up, holes in the bathroom walls, messed up kitchen counters, mold growing in the master bath cabinet, we've had to file at least ten tickets with maintenance. They wouldn't even let us see the unit we were going to rent until day of the lease being signed and we had already given them a deposit. The manager filled the move in form herself saying "perfect shape" when it obviously was not. The contractors fixing our kitchen counters canceled on us twice and the office won't answer the phone (they never do) to tell us a solution from here. We've been sweet, understanding, respectful renters and have been treated with neglect and disrespect."
