"I am so glad that I decided to move to Millington. The office staff are extremely helpful and made application process very simple. The girls who work in leasing are all friendly and easy to communicate with. The maintenance team has also been very quick to effectively complete work orders I have placed. I’m relieved that the move in process has gone so smoothly here, as I couldn’t say the same for previous apartment complexes I’ve lived at. I really appreciate the attention to detail at this property and plan to stay here for years to come. I would genuinely recommend Millington to any friends/family looking for a new apartment in safe neighborhood."
"Good Evening~ To date my experience with Millington at Merrill Creek has been a very good one. The manager that helped me Gizella is kind and professional. She makes you feel very comfortable while you’re in the application process. The apartment that I viewed was simply beautiful to say the least. It’s a 1 bedroom and it’s 1,000 square feet. So beautiful the whole property looks amazing. I’m looking forward to my move in. I’ll definitely keep this updated as time goes by."
"Pretty okay place to live. The apartments are nice and well kept thanks to maintenance! The front desk folks, however, are usually never there despite it being open hours. If you call them, they will be short with you on the phone—as if you were the one in the wrong, bothering them by calling. They don’t offer to follow up with any grievances, and are just unpleasant to speak with. (Except for the one person with dyed blue hair) The walls are thin so you will be able to hear everything your neighbors do. There is also a lot of theft in the mail rooms, and not enough parking for all of the residents."
"My family and I moved last year to the Millington at Merrill Creek and I have nothing but good things to say about the leasing office and the team. I want to highlight how friendly and helpful the team always is. Gizella is amazing! Always providing prompt answers and resolutions to any concerns we bring up to her attention. The maintenance team is also very pleasant."
"edit: They will not answer their phone or return calls if you have maintenance issues. Its been over a few weeks since I called about ants living in the walls/ floor. This is a repeating issue that was identified at the start of us living and during our move in check in, and now is coming back We found them when we moved in and the answer was to mail us bug spray. Now the answer to the current issue is to ignore the voicemail(s), maintenance requests, and never pickup the phone unless I write a negative google review (this is the only way to make you guys call me back). We found them a year later coming from the same spots so theres obviously pests living in the walls of the homes. I am more annoyed that the leasing office and apartment complex never helped, and doesn't answer their phone. Feels like pulling teeth to have them do anything. To the management, your staff doesn't do anything but help sign new people in. Thats a great business model for new customer acquisition but there is a very good reason why your google score keeps decreasing every few months. There seems to be no incentive or drive to fix issues and its a shame because the staff is probably reflecting managements vision for the complex. I do not fault the leasing team anymore since there doesnt seem to be any direction from the staff to help. At this point I do not fault the staff as their management probably doesn't care or get paid enough to care. These apartments are not worth their price and you are better off going to a different complex. At least they will call you back"
