"Well Haven is phenomenal! My husband and I have a high anxiety cat who can be aggressive. We’ve had issues in the past with vets due to this, so we were nervous about taking him to the vet. Dr. Dauphine was so kind and helpful! We didn’t feel rushed in any way, she helped us a ton, and we got all the support we needed for our fur baby. We had Brandon help us as well, and he was great! He was patient with us and did amazing with our cat. Our cat loved both of them (which is out of the norm for our cat to like anyone other than us). This place is a 10/10! It’s has such GOOD VIBES! We already scheduled a teeth cleaning for our kitty in January. :) Thank you, Well Haven!"

"The people caring for my dog at WellHaven Downtown Vancouver are always so cheerful and caring. We have had great experiences each visit, since moving our care here last year. I have a 5 year old Shih Tzu, who I love dearly, and I feel that they take her care seriously.
