"After standing in line to purchase all my groceries, I had to stand in another line to leave the store while they checked my receipt and searched all my bags to make sure after standing in line at the checkout somehow I didn't steal anything a very nice way your make your regular customers not want to return. I will shop somewhere else now"

"I'm a professional person of color, a father of three babies two of which are foster babies. I shop at Fred Meyer often spending about $300-$400 a week. I live in a multi-million-dollar property here in the neighborhood, make a great salary, carry myself humbly with dignity and utmost respect for others. I'm always well dressed and polite to the cashier and even pack my own groceries when they are short of personnel. However, none of these matters as I'm followed around the store, hear the speakers asking for surveillance in the areas of the store I tend to frequent, and often asked for my receipts by the security guard when I am exiting the store; while I see no other person being asked the same as I stand outside and watch. This been going on for too long, at this point, I'm preparing to file a lawsuit for racial profiling if this continues."

"Food from this store has been open/distressed, molding, or past date on multiple occasions. Trying to return any products has also proven to be not an easy task since, more often than not, the blame is placed on the customer. Would recommend shopping at a different store if you don't want to end up throwing any groceries away."

"This is one of the nicer Fred Meyer locations. Fuel is just around the corner. Great garden area, Pharmacy and jewelry store. Large selection of home decor, garden needs, and gifts galore. Grocery department is very nice and organized and stocked well. Beer and wine selection seems nice. Store is clean. Staff is friendly!"
