"I had my puppy chow chow groomed here for his first time at the groomers. The staff was very kind and they treated my puppy like he was their own. And he looked and smelled amazing and still looks freshly groomed even though it’s been a few weeks. UPDATE: Just took the same dog back and had a different groomer, and right away I could tell that the groomer did NOT want to groom my Chow Chow due to “too much work”. She reluctantly took him back, just to call me 40 minutes later and make excuses why she wasn’t able to groom him. She suggested that I take him to a private groomer. I’ve had Chow’s for over 25 years and I’ve never been turned away from a groomer. If you have a short hair dog then you’re probably fine getting them groomed here but any dog with lots of fur, be warned that it might be “too much work” for them to handle."

"I just took my 3 dogs in for self-wash for the first time. Lori (sp) was amazing! She not only offered to help wrangle the girls from the car but was so genuinely kind and such a blessing - girl you made my day! Oh and the wash was beautifully equipped with everything we needed and they have punch cards so you can earn free washes - who doesn't love that?!"

"I really appreciate this place having a wash room for the dog we payed $20 they provide everything including a drying hose that was extremely effective. Our dog is a large pitbull who loves dirt and stinky stuff and sometimes I don't want the trouble of washing him at home . This was convenient"

"Just had my two Huskies groomed and they did an amazing job! Got all the undercoat out, teeth cleaned, and nails done. Will definitely be coming back for all our grooming needs."
