"My experience at this casino was good and the restaurant has great food and the service is amazing every employee was very friendly to me and I give them a 10 out of 10 but that was my experience so u should come and see if u like the casino ur self"

"First of all I’d like to say the room I had was superior with a hot tub and a balcony, your front desk staff superior. But I was disappointed with all the no smoking rules, even though I had a balcony I was told I was not allowed to smoke out there, we were not impressed as I had paid a lot of money just for the reason that I thought I could smoke on the balcony, even though I was outside but was told the balcony is connected. To say the least after paying all that money for that type of room, we left without staying, lost our money for that room. Not having a buffet was also disappointing as we looked to that too, we haven’t come down since Covid, we thought it would return to normal. I guess your resort is all about money and not your customers happiness and good times spent there, we’ve come down the Skajit often before as it was our happy place, but no more. I’m so disappointed."

"I can't say a whole lot about the casino this time, I'm afraid, I was only in there real quick. I stopped in on my way home from a job in Burlington, and just had a good day. Put in $40 and hit lucky with $170. Just wish I could remember which machine, lol. Every single staff member I had an interaction with, in the 20 - 30 minutes I was there, were polite and friendly with a quick smile or nod. If my luck had been different, just the staff being the way they are would have helped me from being in a sour mood. Thank you, Skagit Casino staff!!"

"To the old lady playing at the machine where the three fish get fed. How dare you tell my wife to speak English? Was she even talking to you? You are one dumb person. We live in a free country thankfully and a lot of our fighters are Hispanic people, Spanish speaking people, who also fight for our freedom and yours. Have a great day day and if you don't like Hispanic people, you are in the wrong place. Our beautiful country is run by lots of amazing immigrants and lots speak Spanish and other different languages, including the native language."
