"We were looking for a gift for our cousin who loves her shih tzu dog and is very selective regarding what she gets for her pet. The sales associate was very helpful. We were the only customers in the store, so she kindly explained to us all the different types of treats and snacks that were the best fit for Willow. She asked us questions about the dog to offer us the best options regarding ingredients, size and health concerns. We also got a few magnets. Our experience here was great."
"Without any warning a rude older clerk slammed the shop door on my 6 year old grandson's face. The clerk shouted in a louder than necessary voice that they had reached their maximum capacity of 5 people. My grandson was embarrassed and began to cry so we left the shop. This clerk needs lessons in proper etiquette and people skills. She is a perfect example of a BULL in a China shop... she shouldn't be employed in a pet shop."
