"A couple months ago I was having an awful time getting my passport pictures correct. On my third trip and at my point of giving up, I was fortunate to meet T. She went above and beyond, even when another team member tried to discourage her to make sure I had the correct picture, which was finally accepted. T, thank you so much, your effort to help me is appreciated more than you will ever know. Thank you, thank you. You are the reason I will return to Walgreens when I need to. P.s. she treated and help the next customer just as kindly, with vigor and wholeheartedly, that’s the kind of customer service that keeps customers returning and I will. Happy holidays T."

"Swallowing my pride to purchase a few late night items at a price gouge was bad enough. Not only was i utterly embarassed by the customer service shown to myself, i was left plain disgusted at the customer service shown to others. A man that spoke little english approached the man at the front counter to ask a question, using google translate to do so. The employee refused to even attempt at helping the man or finding out what he needed because..... he didnt get paid enough. His words, not mine. Shortly after, him and a coworker joked and laughed about the interaction cracking jokes at the mans expense. Bad look Walgreens!!!"

"The staff here is very friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. Pharmacy is nice, easy to get prescriptions or vaccines. Nice rewards program too"
