"My customer service experience I had today with this PostalAnnex was truly exemplary - I would sincerely choose 10 stars rather than 5! They went far above and beyond what I would have expected from them to assist me with a "Happy Return" via FedEx that proved to me much more complicated and laborious than I had been led to believe by the company who provided me with the QR codes for this kind of return. The owner of the company and his staff member, Eric, offered to do the work that would have been my responsibility as the customer. It saved me a lot of time on a day we are on our way out of town for a week. I will remember this company and look for an opportunity to do business with them in the future. I recommend others do to! I will definitely not ask them to handle this kind of return on my behalf in the future if I return - now that I know what is involved. They were quite supportive and kind, and I am deeply appreciative!"
