"Love the playground its like the old school version but without the ball pit"

"THE WORST SERVICE. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget meal as I always do. Proceeded to the window. Paid. Picked up me food. Had to come back because they only put a 10 piece. Told them they got my order wrong. They said they didnt, that they don't have 20 piece chicken nugget meals and put 10, assuming that's what I meant to say, nope. Don't assume. There hasn't been any issues before when I've ordered the same meal. They just ring it up and we all get on with their day.. They wanted to charge me for the other ten, the mistake they made, and were addimit it was mine, as if i am the one clicking the buttons on their computer. I have no problem paying, except when you put in the wrong order (and not what I asked) and continue to tell me it's my fault with a nasty attitude. Esmeralda and Rosalba both had this attitude over $3 extra dollars. Like bro, I'm happy to pay you those $3, but when your narcistic behavior, aggressive attitude, and nasty looks is what you're giving me, then I'm going to have an issue with it. I never write bad reviews, only when the service is beyond terrible, even if they always get my order wrong... Never been so mad or fought over $3 chicken nuggets. Lol"

"By far the worst McDonald's within an hour, the food never seems fresh, fries are always stale. I just got a McChicken today after avoiding the place for a long time and the mayo tasted rancid. Reminded me why I don't go to this nasty place...."

"The last couple of times I've been there, which are few and far between, I had to wait on drinks! The workers are very nice. The food at ALL McDonald's stores has gone down hill these past years though, and there food wasn't that great to begin with! Just my opinion."

"This is not my normal McDonald's location. I'm from out of town and thought that I would stop for a bite to eat and redeem my birthday cinnamon roll reward. When I went into the store and showed my QR code to place my order, I was told it would be $2.75 I said no it's free because it's for my birthday reward. He said no it's for points only. I said no so, then the manager came over backed me out of the QR code that was on my screen and had him type in another code to place my order however, my Big Mac meal wasn't on there so when I ordered it it wasn't added to my reward points so there went 1000 points down the drain and on top of that my French fries were cold. Pretty disappointed. ☹️. I Feel cheated outta $10 and 1000 reward points."
