"Very disappointed this evening. Went to pick up my fob that I order last week. They did not call me to tell me it was in. Then I discovered it was not a fob but a cover for my fob. The Manager Mandy was unhelpful she returned it but would only give me a merchandise card for the credit. She would not put the amount back to my cc! Why would I want to buy anything else if they cannot order what I wanted to begin with! I do not recommend this business."
"I had an issue with the positive battery terminal not adequately connecting to the post to let the battery charge properly, went in and in less than 10 minutes it was determined that the connection needed to be tightened and a sizing cap (not sure of the exact part) was replaced for free. Excellent service, everything was explained as it was being evaluated and repaired. I highly recommend this store for professional quality service."
