"We ordered a pizza with sausage however we got one that had pepperoni. Took the pizza back in and the cook came out and told me that he would make a large pizza to correct it. Based on that experience I rate this a five star. We understand people make mistakes and the professionalism and the courteous reply that I got was very appreciative. The cook's name is Treshun... The front counter person was very polite and his name is Lian"
"I made a order I had never ordered from them before. My order left the restraunt at 5:01...I received my cold order at 5:35.. the driver made several deliveries before my house ....my house is 5 minutes away...I watched him go all over before he finally came to me...he said I'm sorry I'm just the only driver ...so now I have to heat my dinner up before we can have dinner...the company when I told them sent me a offer of 20% off my next order!! Really.. uhm no thanks ...cold food cold customer service....I have never done a bad review but this was so insulting"
"Questionable if we go back to this location. They SHOULD have told us before ordering and taking our money that it was going to be a lengthy wait. They told us 30-45 minutes. It ended up twice that long. It appeared to be caous in the kitchen. Lobby was packed with disgruntled customers"
"When ya don't want to cook and need a quick solution for the kids, Domino's it is. But I truly wish they would check their ovens because their wings are awfully soggy, and the pizzas are never consistent on their crispyness"
"Used to work at this dominos figured I’d get a pan pizza like how I got them back when I worked there because they were super good, asked for chicken on my pizza, didn’t get any chicken except for maybe two pieces. Called asked for remake drove halfway across town just for it to be the exact same with litterally no chicken. They also somehow made it worse and didn’t add my buffalos sauce garnish I had asked for orginally aswell. Called a 2nd time just to talk to a manager that was giggling and rude, she told me I could get another one but this has been an hour and a half long process and it was ending up to be a little too late for me, what a great experience!"
