"Zero sense of priority or workflow. Took 5-10 minutes per pizza in line. Took 50 minutes from time of order placed to receive pizza, one pizza was made 10 minutes before the other. We walked in 30 minutes after ordering, and sat for another 20 minutes while they prioritized walk-ins who received their pizzas in 5 minutes. I asked why we were so low on the priority list and got a dismissive response and no action to speed things up. I tipped 20% and wish I could take it back."

"My family was regulars, got pizza almost once a week. My last two pizzas were very wrong and my husband couldn't eat them at all, and instead of honoring the coupon I brought in for the third pizza and third try for you guys, you would not honor it nor would you give me any discounts for the two pizzas you made wrong before. This is how you let your customers know you do NOT care. As a result I'm leaving a bad review and taking my money somewhere else. Simply honoring your own coupon would have stopped this."
