"I went to the store to pick up a twenty twenty four coin book. I walked in and browsed around the whole bookstore, which is extremely nice and has a great variety with a wonderful layout. I couldn't find what I was looking for, and I went to an employee who was stacking a shelf. When I was about eight feet away, I said may I bother you for a minute."" She jumped like she was at her own home dusting with the earphones on not expecting anybody. She then rudely explained to me where the book might be and never looked me in the eye once. She was rude.She was not attentive to her job, and it was very much like she did not want to be there at all. The last thing she wanted to do was to help somebody. So I felt sorry for her, and I apologized and walked away. I took the book, and I went to the cashier and waited in a line of about four people and waited and waited, and waited. Finally, a second cashier came up. I was the next in line, and she reluctantly said, "I will take the next one in line."" Her tone, attitude... no words!...no customer service skills... because they don't care how they soeak or about how they are perceived. , and it's obvious. With this second woman I am believing that the atmosphere there sucks to work at. I personally will never go back there to this very nice store with a very nice layout and a very nice selection of books, not to mention a coffee shop. But I will never go there again because of their rudeness, unprofessionalism, and their elitest attitude. And just for fun, if you get bored and you need a book, swing in there and check it out and see if I'm right.I guarantee you I will be proven right."

"Barnes and Noble is seriously like my second home, especially this location. I went in for the ACOTAR box set. I saw that they had it in stock online and although I did have to wait while someone looked for it in the back I didn’t mind. The cashier was friendly and easy to talk with while I waited. And I didn’t have to wait that long and got checked out right away even with a short line forming. Every time I go, everything is organized, clean and easy to find. I’m always greeted while I’m browsing and anytime I do need help, everyone is very approachable and helps me in the best way that they can. Thank you!"

"Absolutely always loved this place, the environment is always steady, can always find what I want or pre order books, they have a small Cafe I've not tried yet since I don't drink coffee but it's a cute addition :) I picked up the persuasion and pre ordered a book from London today!"

"I don't normally post bad reviews but the cashier Bethany was nothing but rude. Placing the money on the counter for me to take as I was expecting it handed directly to me. Tossing the returned book into the shelf as if annoyed, and after I thanked her, she responded "mhhmmm" If you can't show some nice customer service, then just work in the back where you won't have to deal with customers."

"Great place! Great atmosphere, awesome staff, the Starbucks in there makes the drinks on point. Clean restrooms. They have such an amazing selection of items, I saw gift ideas for all my friends and family everywhere I looked. Shout out to Athena, who got my strange coffee request just right, all with a smile on her face. All in all Great experience."
