"False advertising! I grabbed a pair of jeans in the 60 % rack, then when I go pay the lady tells me, "you get a discount but not 60%." What kind of mess is that? I asked why they put something in the discount rack if it's not so? She said, it's in the small print. I couldn't read the small print as the sign is hanging. Lost all respect for that store/brand."
"I had a wonderful trip to AEO. I recently moved to Olympia and wanted to double check with one of the store employees about where the Clearance section was located. (Each store layout is a bit different.) The employee that helped me (Alexa) was very helpful and when I found a soft cardigan to buy from the clearance section I went back to her to checkout. Needless to say, the employees at this store were helpful and kind."
