"I LOVE this store!! The staff is 10/10! They’re so helpful and nice!! Everyone greeted me when I was walking around the store and they were ready to help at any moment. When I was trying shirts on in the dressing room, the manager even helped pick out other items I might like! Very happy with the service. ALSO, the set up of the store is adorable! The layout is easy to follow and arranged nicely. Will be returning soon!"

"Just no Leaving the store in the Capital Mall Olympia. Horrible guest service. Walked around for 10 minutes. Looking for my size jeans. Had some actually asked me how I was they could have led me straight to the section I eventually found. There was six employees standing inside the store. Finally, a guy dressed up as a cowboy asked me which store attendant helped me find my clothes I thought he was joking I said nobody. Come on buckle you can do better."

"I took my son here for some jeans and Hannah went above and beyond to help us. She was so nice, helpful, knowledgeable on sizing and the style, personable. She spent so much time with us and it meant so much to me because my son felt like a rockstar with his new jeans that fit perfectly when we left your store. Clothes can give you so much confidence and Hannah really knows how to dress people, I was so impressed with her. I honestly thought she was the manager. You need more people working for you at your store like Hannah!!!"

"Amazing experience! I have not gone into a mall store in probably 10 or so years and got new clothes for myself, so I felt super out of my element....but the lady's at the capital mall location were AWESOME! greeted me, offered help in looking for what I wanted, kept my budget im mind and overall made sure I had a great experience. They made me feel good about myself and offered suggestions that would actually work for me. I will for sure be back! Tianna created a great shopping experience and I left the store excited rather than frustrated."
