"I bought my 6 year some shoes here 8 days ago and within the 2nd day part of the trim was coming apart the stitching was coming out. It's been 8 days ago I bought them and she came home from school today and the sole separated from the bottom of the shoe on one of them.. totally defective. I went today with the receipt to return them since they are falling apart. And she wants to tell me that they have been worn and can't do a return. I said I bought them 8 days ago and they are literally falling apart because they are defective. in guessing it was a manager that came over and looked at them and she said to do the return this time. I didn't see but my 13 yr old said the cashier gave me snoty look after that. And to top it off the money still hasn't been refunded to my account. I will NOT BE RETURNING TO ROSS STORE ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE! SHOULD TEACH THERE EMPLOYEES SOME DAMN MANNERS!"
