"Rude staff, I ordered a jacket online and brought the order number as well as proof of purchase and the manager claimed she couldn't find me in her "system" ...I gave her a receipt and proof of purchase as well as the order number. NO refund. She was rude and personally attacked me. I will never return to this location."
