The Home Depot

"I understand that a corporation this size cares very little about individual customer service but if I can save one person the aggravation that I experienced then I'll take the win. DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK!! My fridge went out Monday and we went to our local Home Depot to replace it. When we arrived we were told that the fridge we were interested in was not kept in stock and the only one in store is a display model. After being assured multiple times it would be delivered the following Thursday we decided to purchase it. We got our notice Wed. that the our delivery time would be Thur. 1-5. Thursday morning the day of delivery we receive a single text saying our new delivery window is March 12th almost 2 weeks later. Going without a fridge isn't an easy thing for a family of 4 and Home Depot's response when called was "So do you want to cancel the order?" The level of service all around is a joke. Lessoned learned and as soon as it's refunded I can't wait to cancel our Home Depot credit card and never set foot in their store again."

"We wanted to give a shout-out to Tammie in the paint department. We went to three different stores looking for Flourtel to do an acrylic pour art project, and Tammie was the first to know what it was. She also very politely sold us a cleaner to get paint out of the carpet and plastic to keep new paint off the carpet (we didn't know we needed those products, but she was right!) Also, in and out of the store fast. Which is especially great on a third try. Woot! Thank you!"

"Best Home Depot store I have ever been to. All the employees were helpful from the moment I walked in till the moment I checked out. I didn't have t9 chase anyone down for help. They offered to help on their own, which made for a fast and easy shopping experience, instead of me running around in circles like I have at other stores"

"Not good of a selection of lights in Olympia as the Lowes location, but more diverse. Staff is super friendly, Kathy at the register is super friendly and has a great sense of humor. Pretty solid location, and their tool selection is also just a bit better than Lowes."
