"We went to Northwest Fitness Solutions to purchase equipment for our business. Things started off well. They had two machines we wanted, but were able to find better financing terms on one of the machines, so we purchased it from someone else and the second machine from Northwest Fitness Solutions. When I told Ryan this information, he was not happy and filed a complaint with the Manufacture, claiming a vendor was "invading" his territory, creating issues with my purchase. What started off as a potential long term business relationship quickly ended when we learned of Ryans back door shenanigans with manufacture SportsArt and vendor. We canceled our entire order! This is unacceptable business practice!"

"I won't be going back. The guy who helped me yesterday morning acted as if he just wanted to make the $500 sale and get me out of there as fast as possible. And I couldn't see any reason for it--he and the other sales guy had been standing around waiting when I came in. There was one other group in the store. I don't know, maybe he was having a bad day. Or maybe they're only interested in serious body builders (which I'm obviously not, but hey, you gotta start somewhere, am I right?). He did answer my questions, briskly. But it was not a relaxed interaction. No "hang out, give em a try" sort of thing. It felt high pressure. I already knew what I wanted and how much it was, so I bought it anyway, but it didn't feel good. It sounds like they have friendlier salespeople, based on other reviews, but if you're going there to shop and have a relaxed experience, just know there's a chance you won't get it. I don't want to trash the place, just hoping maybe this will be useful info for my sales guy, if he recognizes himself in this: customers CAN tell when you're just going through the motions. It doesn't cost you anything to at least try to be present and make a genuine connection."
