"Internet advertising is incorrect, ....drive all the way there and item not in stock and sale item was potentially from week before.Phone advertising sale item stored in my lowes cart but when I arrived at my second store of the day( which required a very long drive) the item in cart has now nearly tripled in price . What a disaster. That doesn't happen to us at H depot. Good store and staff but weak in the I.T. department leading to customers frustration."

"Purchased whirlpool microwave with installation, after installation the installers found the light over the range top does not work and it's missing screws. They tell me to call whirlpool and have them take care of it."

Karl from the tool section was really great in not only helping me find a drill, but also with everything else I needed staying within my budget too! "It took almost an hour and 3 men to figure out how to order a dishwasher and a stove. More than a good 15 minutes to process a cash/card payment. Supposedly I'm supposed to get my delivery tomorrow but nobody called me to confirm the time. Very unsatisfied with the whole experience. Update: they kept on making things up regarding the delivery date so we ended up doing a whole refund."

"I like Lowe's and shop at their various locations in the Portland metro area and at locations when I travel around the country. I find they stock items that I might otherwise not find at their competitors stores. Their prices are competitive and I have become familiar with the items or brands they stock that I know I won't find elsewhere. They have a great return policy. The stores are clean, well staffed and stocked. Many convenient locations everywhere I've traveled. I'm a contractor and they are a mainstay in procurement of supplies I need for projects."
