"I am someone who doesn’t wear makeup a lot and I don't know much about it. The workers at Sephora were so nice and helpful. They were honest about things I should get and not get and I didn’t feel like they were pressuring me to buy anything. Great customer service!"

"Just an all around "meh" shopping experience. There are some good deals here, but only in apparel. The rest of the store is priced extremely high so when you get a "discount" and use your kohl's credit card it seems like you are getting a good deal but you are actually just paying the regular full price. SUPER annoying buisness tactic. Also, the management pushes credit card sales. Not only is this annoying for its customers, but extremely annoying to the associates who are forced to do so (even when it's clearly an uncomfortable situation) Generally speaking many other places you could chose to shop before needing to go here."
