"The view is the best thing about this restaurant. It is just plain awesome! The decor is something I've enjoyed since I first came here as a child in the early 70's. Old guns and antiques, Native American artifacts, etc. They have a nice little gift shop as well. It used to be more of a slide your tray down and choose your food, kind of system. The ordering process now is rather disorganized. They immediately let us know that not all their food is displayed on the monitors, and not all food on the monitors and paper menu is available. Maybe someone should take an hour or two and figure it out so it’s not so confusing for the customer. That being said, we did not have to wait long for the food and the food was very good."
"Love this place! The rustic charm added to our experience, and the view of the Columbia River can't be beat. I am a celiac, and the staff worked with me to make sure I got food that was safe. I ordered the wrong thing at first, and they completely changed it for me at no extra charge even though it was already in the process of being made, AND it was my fault to begin with. The clam chowder is naturally gluten-free and so good!! Highly recommend!"
"Great place to stop in and eat after visiting Multnomah Falls, It’s less than 20 minutes away and offers really nice views. Food is pretty good. They have typical American food options: cheese burger, Mac and cheese, tenders, fries, fish and chips, Reuben sandwiches and clam chowder :) they also have beer and hard cider options. Different set up , you order at the counter sit down and then they bring you your food . It’s definitely time saving since you have to pay at the counter. You also have access to a gift shop toward the front of the establishment."
"Pleasant little dinner on the edge of the river in the Columbia River gorge. Food was good, quite a variety. They have an amazing view looking out of the dining area. Pretty neat little place to eat."
"I have been going to this place since I was a kid. It holds a lot of memories for me. I have been taking my kids since they were young. The food has always been good, but I was somewhat disappointed in the food this time except for the fries. They were really good. My son's burger kind of looked dry and who makes fish tacos with hard shells? It still has beautiful surroundings. I was surprised when I saw the long line that I had to wait in. The last time I was there and all the time that I have been going there we were served, but I guess things change. We were going to buy something at the gift shop but it closed before 3. We were disappointed."
