"This Safeway has a very good selection of items, more than the Walmart! (Comparing dry food. Obviously, they don't have a wide camping section than Walmart) They have a wide variety of on the go snacks, produce, and dry food. The prices are high, which is probably a result of being on an island, a tourist one at that. But all of the workers were very friendly and helpful."
"For a small, old store, this one is actually clean and organized. It also has typical high Safeway prices. However, because it is an old store, the aisles are narrow and there isn't even a bakery here. This is surprising because I have been to smaller towns with Safeway or Albertsons and they have at the very least a bakery and deli. It's not really a place for huge shopping trips. But if you want to see what it was like to shop at Safeway in the 1960s, this is about as close as it gets. There aren't too many old stores like this still open."
"This store is small compared to so many other Safeway's. But don't let the size deceive you. Chances are you will find what your looking for. They seem to ha e just about everything here, and in quantity too. Always clean with friendly staff. Since it is a small town, it is not normally busy."
