"Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. They cannot or will not transfer you to a supervisor. You must wait for them to call you back! I had an order confirmed on 10/4 and I paid for 2 day shipping so at worst my bat should have shipped by 10/6 and I should have received by 10/8. So I call and find out my order is waiting to be picked up. So I asked for a refund and am being told they cannot give me a refund. So an order I paid extra to have 2 day shipping will actual take 2 weeks to get to me. Wrong Thai is wrong."

"Horrible experience... buyer beware! Purchased a customized bat for my daughter-in-law on June 28, 2022 for her birthday in July. The bat did not arrive within the 4-6 weeks as advertised on the website. On 8/23/2022, I called for an update and spoke with Trevor. Trevor could not provide me with a reason for the delay, but said that the bat should be shipping soon. On 9/6/2022, I called for an update and spoke with Angela. Put me on hold for 12 minutes. When she returned, she told me that 10 weeks was the normal shipping time for custom bats. When I told her the website stated 4-6 weeks, she put me on hold for 10 minutes and then agreed that I was correct. Angela tried to say that the delay was due to a shortage of wood or other materials. Angela said that she could not provide me with any additional information. I called the Louisville Slugger factory in Louisville, KY and they told me there was no shortage of wood, lacquer, or paint for their operations. As of the writing of this review (9/6/2022), the bat still has not even shipped from the company. NEVER AGAIN..."

"Very surprised and disappointed with their warranty process THIS time around. Had a 2021 goods 2 piece that separated and collapsed at the handle in Sept 2021 and they warranted it but the replacement warranty bat did the same thing on Dec 6, 2021 second day aired the bat to Demarini and had to send several emails and spend countless hours on hold to finally speak to someone on Dec 21,2021 to find out it wasn't a warranted failure. After buying Demarini products for the last 10 years I guess it's time to move on to Victus!!!!!!!!!! The attached pictures are proof that you shouldn't invest your money in Demarini products as they deny they are at fault. You can even see the grip tape isn't worn."
