"Very disappointed. I have been here before and have experienced outstanding customer service. It is specifically why I choose to go back here instead of a box store. When I arrived mid-afternoon today I was not acknowledged by any of the staff working. I thought perhaps the sales associates were just busy with other customers so I milled around for some time until the store cleared out a bit more. When it became clear nobody was going to help me, I walked past the associate at the counter (just looking at papers) and out the door, all still without any acknowledgment of my existence. For as long as I was waiting, and as few other customers present at the time, I am surprised you can survive with this level of service. A simple "be right with you" or "sorry, busy with another customer" would go a long way. However, I'm not sure staff availability was ever the issue here."
