"Went on a Saturday to J.Jill just to see what type of items they have at in their store. The product they carry are closing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. Most of the items are for women who are a little bit older in age, I would say. The layout of the store was quite nice, there was lots of walking space. Items were clearly labeled and price. I would say the prices are a little bit on the higher side. They do carry a variety of sizes, including plus size. The employees who work there are quite friendly and welcome you when you walk through the door. I would definitely recommend this store for women in their mid-thirties and above."

"Worst customer service ever for black people, sat in this store for an hour with customer service on the line and still was put throught the worst scrutiny at this location. Every other worker was fine except for the manager who continued to go against company policy, by the time I got off the phone the company was reporting the store and the manager. I have video proof of the entire situation and sent it in to their fb page. This place is great if you are a person of a fair skin but people of color should stay away. Far away. Never been treated like this at ANY OTHER LOCATION"
