"Visited LOFT on a Friday just to see what the store was about. LOFT creates modern, feminine, and versatile clothing for a wide range of women to look and feel confident wherever the day takes them. The sizes at LOFT's clothing typically run big. They sell clothing in women's sizes only. They have a reputation for their vanity sizing. The layout of the store was pretty good. Everything was nice and organized, and the store seemed pretty clean. Customer service What's great, and the employees were really freely. Prices due read a little high here, so beware. They usually cater towards 25 to 35+ year olds. Other than clothing, they do so a selection of accessories such as jewelry. I didn't see any shoes or footwear. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming in and having a look around."
"This had to have been the best shopping experience I have had in years! All during a pandemic. They were very careful, making sure to socially distance, all the employees had masks. They cleaned the entire dressing room after each guest. They were very helpful and kind, with great customer service. Reminded me of the old days at Nordstrom but with masks ha. Thank you for such a great experience!"
"Not the best place. Something is always broken with their cahs system. People are not alway nice. Once my mom got double charged! So rude, and were not helpful when we went back to fix it. Had to get a refund from the bank! Not recommended. Other locations better, try Bridgeport. Worth the drive for better service."
