The way the pharmacist spoke to me on the phone was so incredibly rude and patronizing which is not what you want your first experience to be like. She couldn't have cared less about the situation they placed my son in by giving me incorrect information. She called me a terrible name, and we will not be returning. We expected better customer service from our favorite store. Very sad."

"Favorite pharmacy. I am usually in and out within 15-20 minutes when I pick up my prescriptions during the weekday. I would never attempt a Costco anything on the weekend. The only issue I have is when I pick up a prescription here it is not automatically available on their website for me to request a refill in the future. I either have to call them directly or have my doctor call it in again. They need to get their in-person and online systems to work together. Otherwise, great service and timing."
